upselling stuff I dont sell

I've requested to stop selling Live Chat Service, Website Builder (with Hosting), Website Builder (without Hosting), Web Hosting and Email Hosting but yet when a customer proceed to payment the cart tries to upsell these things in the What would you like to do, "Continue Shopping" Buy...
