This is what I get when I try to go to the site.

"You have been permanently banned from our site.

Reason: Too many fraudulent users from your region."

I am stunned. Talk about painting everybody with the same brush - it is absolutely scandalous - do I have legal recourse?

please tell me you're not being serious now?

Any business has the right to refuse to serve a customer, whether that reason is valid or not. If you're serious about legal recourse please send me a large amount of money and i'll make sure I find a lawyer who won't laugh at me when i mention this to him.

yeah sue them...maybe you will get free stats....try using a good proxy maybe you can access it

like http://www.blockmyip.com

Shoot, I'm also blocked out. To think I use that site often myself. :-(

That's life...sigh...

Use a Web-Based Proxy to get access, PM me for a link (I cant post advertising here)

Looks like it's Asia then- that's a lot of potential biz

Now there is an opportunity for someone with an enterprising spirit :approve:

you're not gonna sue them anymore? no way!!!

I get the same message from URLTrends.com
This kind of action from their part only affects the innocent users.
The "bad guys" mask their IP's anyway.
Basically they keep away only potential customers.
Smart business model!

Wot and guys i wouldnt worry to much. Urltrends.com is loosing faith all over the net amoung domainers for reporting non upto date and fictious information. The last Domainers conference i did before i was ill had sedo there and they came under flack for having urltrends on there website. Its putting buyers off some domains when the info is totlly wrong urltrends projects.

I notice people who are blocked are outside the United States. I can see the site just fine. URL Trends sucks anyways so you're not missing anything.

I love these thread resurrections from 2/2006 to 7/2008.
