I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was against the law for an american casino affiliate to collect money from casinos that only take bets from non us citizens? Also, what if I was on a cruise in another country using a foreign bank (using neteller) would that be breaking the new gambling law? I'm unclear on if I can't do it at all or if I can't collect using US banks. Any explanation would be helpful. Thanks

This is one, no doubt the lawyers are working out. I'm guessing the lawyers working for the Gambling boys are the best, as they're on a higher rate! LOL
Not sure if sat in front of your pc in Washington is different to being abroad etc.
All i know is USCASINOS.MOBI may come in handy? LOL
I thought not so much for games or links, just a directory listing 'real' us casinos. That is after all what the US Government was bribed over isn't it.
I think most people think the legislation was tacked onto another bill because the 'real' casinos were crying over lost revenue & claims of 'but we pay our taxes etc'
Wonder if they'll get round it? And how long?

There are already several loopholes I have heard being contemplated.
1) Can the US Government stop Americans having foreign bank accounts/Visa/Mastercard accounts, etc.?
2) Does the law apply or can it be enforced against a web site based in the 'independant' Indian nations?
3) Can the law be 'turned against' the bricks and mortar casinos who use the internet/wire to take payments for gambling via cheque/credit card?
4) Can non-money gambling sites (i.e. fun games) be utilized so as just to get advertising for other sites where gambling does take place (perhaps in conjunction with '1' or '2' above)?
5) A challenge to the law in the Supreme Court.
There are many other options available to the pro-internet gambling industry. All of this means I will not be selling my poker/casino names cheaply but I may be buying any that I like that are at knock down prices!
