I have the following US Geo's (and yes they are hacks) that I wish to partner with a developer or developers on.

Requirements:
- Developer/s must be US based with a good level of English
- Experience in developing is much preferred
- Must be able to put together a 'proposal of development'
The site will rely for monetization solely on direct advertising sales, no Google, affiliate, etc.
Those who think a directory site or RSS fed site is development please do not even bother PM'ing me.
Proposed split is 60/40 of gross revenue, with the developer taking 60%. The developer will be responsible for all cost except renewal fees. The developer will accrue an increasing equity stake in the respective developed site/s.
Drop me a line if you think you might be interested and have the ability and time to build one or both of these sites as they should be.
