The thread is dated 9/16/2008

Looking up MVJE.com shows Patty Similien as the owner on 11/4/2008 - that's 2 months later.

However, at the time of the sale and prior, WHOIS info appears to be bogus:

In other words: Patty doesn't care if she gets banned or not. She'll open another account later, pimp her way gaining people's confidence up and then pull off the same serial scams over and over. The only way to stop this is for victims to file police reports.

Once again, you can't deliver the facts, you get real close and then - nothng. But you accomplished your intention, you dropped the hint that I did something bad, or have something to hide. You hint that there is a fact, but when pressed, you never deliver. Same with buyers for our names...

Why did the OP come here? I came here because I found sufficient information about you that convinced me that you were an unrepentant, unremorseful, serial scammer. And as twostep said in his first post, the domain business world is a small community. One of the responsibilities of a citizen of a community is to protect the other citizens. I posted my thread in Legal Issues to affirm that this is not about one little deal gone bad, there's something bigger here we all need to have a town meeting on and compare notes. And we have. Its been a productive 24 hours.

One minor regret I have is not naming the subject: "Starlita Patrice Similien is a scammer." That might have saved some of your early defenders some time in realizing this isn't about picking apart the details of my one little deal. Its looking at the big picture, that there is a person out there named Starlita Patrice Similien and she is a scammer. If user Democart says that all these links are one and the same person, then you admit to being that person, and have admitted to being a scammer.

There is not one thing I have said or done with you that I am ashamed of or would get me in trouble here or with the law. Stop hinting that I have something to hide, because trust me, I don't.

Now if you make up a big fat lie about me, then your soon to be appointed public defender will be contacted by my attorney.
