I am from Tampa, Florida. Been here 5 years. And yes, Eldon is boring but Lake of the Ozarks is not.

For that case, yes I HAD a court appointed attorney. The case is done with Theo. Everything was dropped.

The second was because I still apparently owed money on the restitution in regards to the old cases. I paid the actual restitution but I never paid the separate fine which is 500 for the Victims fund. I just talked to my lawyer and he stated every update brings it to the current date, whatever that means.

Witch hunt? In a witch hunt, a mob of people wants to find someone who they can blame everything on( a scapegoat), and then they punish that person, even if they are innocent...

I am sure this will be taken into consideration, when a new case is opened. You do realize that in Alex's case it's related to an amount over $5,000 - that's not a misdemeanor any more.

i was assigned a public defender, happens automatically. Later, i retained someone. You can call them and they will tell you that they are not on any of my cases.

You didn't answer why you blocked the release of the funds to Alex - 2 hours short of the ending of the 10 day period. Care to explain that amazing timing?
