always a good idea to own your name in .com if if you're lucky enough to have one unique enough to still be sitting available.. mines been gone for about 10 years unfortunately..

Whilst I do think that Patty is a scammer, I do think that the "you were banned at [x]" is a bit of a weak argument.

Name Pros has banned some people for simply disagreeing with mods (I've seen it from personal experience), and also been very reluctant to ban others who have done bad things. So it's a bit odd, but being banned from Name Pros isn't anything major. Heck, I'm sure I seen Predator's title over at NP is/was 'Account Closed'?

Also I don't know about Warrior Forums, but there are other forums who have trigger happy mods. I was once banned from Digital Point for 10 whole days for bumping one of my threads. Seriously. (Although in truth I think it was that a mod got jealous that I was selling a mid $x,xxx website).

Either way - I'm not attempting to defence Patty. But going on what other forums have done isn't great evidence, nor is it decent evidence. Just my humble opinion

and a number of mods are dishonest and trolls
samit the turd banned me.
i called him out bigtime, took him apart politley in a thread, was a well thought out post. he deleted. when i questioned it and said i was leaving the forum as mods were trolling, i was banned.

i had maximum rep possible, which takes a lot of members to like you and agree with you, was a member 3 years and had max trader rep as i do everywhere. not being funny if i can get banned from there then noone is safe there, that place is going down toilet fast. rj has lost plot imho.
if i cared much i would email rj and put him right and get testimonials from people who witnessed the corrupt mods actions but i would rather let that place go to the sewer, people are leaving in droves.
plus i started my own forum, revenge is a dish best served cold.


anyway, back to topic, seems like this patty character has defrauded a lot of people from evidence and i only got to page 14,and i think domainers have been too lax in past, i know i'm murder for loving popcorn threads but this has to be a legal matter
as vision and some others said, this needs to be reported through proper channels imho



on an amusing note, apparently adam's server guy just rang him saying he thought dnf was suffering a denial of service attack................
turns out it was just the traffic from this thread :smilewinkgrin:
