And just by coincidence, The night before this thread was created, Patty sent me a email about what was going on with Alex, If you want to read it.. I'll post it here, since it pertains to what were discussing.

It was no coincidence, as a couple of other events happened that night from Patty that looks like she panicking.

IMHO, she was tipped off by someone. That someone told her that I had evidence and links to all her crimes of the past 10 years. That someone also told her that I contacted victims from 2 years ago and had confirmed that those victims from years ago were never, ever refunded their money.

I was digging around, asking questions, so it was inevitable to run into someone, like your self, that 24 hours ago was so adamant of Patty's innocence, that they decided to tell Patty. Friend, supporter, or someone who thought they could help me and Patty and the others she had scammed.

There's always someone feeling sorry for criminals and who thinks a lecture and/or a bible will rehabilitate the criminal.

I wonder if the OWNERS of those domains are aware of this?? And why can't she name a single domain she's sold?

If you add up 172, 55 and 113. You get 340. Assuming these calls and emails were 5 minutes each which is short, this means she would have spent 28 hours on the phone. Are you kidding me?

She never actively brokered any domains to end-users over the phone. Think about it: a person with a nasal lisp that you'd have to interrupt twice every 10 seconds to ask "could you say that one more time?" - trying to have a business conversation on the phone? I would hang up thinking it's a prank.

Patty engaged in email promotions of garbage "get rich quick" or "motivational / I feel the world is my oyster" crap that people to this date pay for.

All I can say is wow, wow, wow! Is Focus asleep or something? He'd of had a filed day with this! I kinda feel sorry for the gal (guy?), but not as sorrry as I feel for the folks she scammed. We shouldn't stoop to those levels with the stupid commentaries and pictures. She obviously has a problem. Let's just hope she makes amends and let's let a jury decide her fate. Hopefully that fate will include a punishment, restitution, and some badly needed mental help. If she would hone those skills towards something constructive, I believe thers's still a chance she can contribute to society rather than feed off of it.

Agreed. Some jail time and then serious medical help is fair and needed IMO.
