Username Changes not updating ??

noticed at least one member who change his user name that is not listed at

We have started logging username changes in January of 2008, and this is a list is a public log of username changes so there's a trail of who was who:

Does this list get updated anymore??

This is strange though.

One would assume that changes would be logged since its supposed to be tougher to change them now.

What was the username of the person that changed it?
