In the past I liked hostgator a lot. But I have some questions -

1) My account has just one cpanel; I have to upgrade to have one cpanel per domain. is this common?
Who has a good price? I think its needed, if you have multiple developers.

2) today is sunday. their interface has changed. There is less stats now, per domain - and the link is gone for support. thats really weird. Also, there is no link for Chat support. I dont get this.

3) I have had trouble with 404 at hostgator. On some domains its not that important but i have one in particular it has to work for. The first time the cpanel error setup for .htaccess did not do it, i had to do a chat and they have to "whitelist the security settings", whatever that means. the 2nd time, it did not work - they had some problem with the hostgator firewall, plus the chat guy was new so it took forever. today i setup another one and its not working. FRUSTRATED.

who is good for hosting? for multiple, relatively-low traffic domains.
