After having read through the previousl thread for this I am quite surprised you have not sold this yet.

Personally, I would write to all the United's in the English Premiership, and for the record there are four of them this season.

Manchester United
Newcastle United
Sheffield United
West Ham United

If you go one league down you could also include Leeds United.

Write to them on some nice headed notepaper and set them on a course to a bidding war. It would be interesting to see Man Utd and Newcastle Utd bid for it.

There is an alternative too. Write to Roman Abramovich, the owner of Chelsea and one of the richest man on the planet (we're talking billions) and see how much he would bid in order to stop Man Utd getting it.

Dude offer it to him for £500,000 and watch your hand get snapped off.

Also I don't think that putting anything in writing to anyone is a smart idea. Take care on that. As I understand you should never even quote a figure. Best to just say 'highest market value' and nothing more. Consult a legal brain in here before sending out letters or emails.
