Value of OVT name

I won't post the name as it's not mine yet but it's got an high OVT. OVT+TLD= 2300. Any recommendation on how high I should go? We're look at approx. 3k. Any thoughts would be helpful. Cheers,

It all depends what keyword, what traffic.
I have heard that ovt results over 3000 can make more then $100 in day in PPC
