I would say $xx to low $xxx to right end user.
I own a few 3 letter .ca's myself. three letter
.ca's have to have a strong meaning for Canadian use,
unlike three letter .com's which can be used worldwide.
Does vbb mean anything? 'V' is good for vancouver or
victoria, and it's well placed as the first letter. The two
'B's are good letters to have - business, bureau, boating,
banking etc. Good luck!
