I am listing http://www.webmastersdatabase.com up for sale. Currently it has 74 members, a custom vbulletin skin and a vbulletin license. I have had many extra hacks installed, allowing you to sell banner ads, a store, a tutorial section (its really awesome, check it out), and others. You will get a custom skin, coded by a friend, I paid him over $100 just to code it. I also paid for the design. You also get a non custom optional skin ($29.00 value). The domain was purchased from www.domainturn.com currently was listed for $500.00. Stats are around 30 unique visitors per day.
I am asking for offers starting at $600.00, a steady bin of $900
The site has potential to be very similar to dnforum. Its ready to take off!
