Wanted: Service vbulletin setup and customize

Thinking about going with Vbulletin for one of my sites as the PHP version is not looking as good as I had hoped. If I buy one likely be able install but looking for someone to do the graphics, links and set up. Please PM price and only if you have down vbulletin in the past. Want to look at previous work. Sorry but I am tired of hiring people for design that seem to know less than myself.....

however, ive currently got 3 vbulletin forums and have been using it for the last 2 years with about 8 different forum sites
