as that point would prevent any tm claims from either side. as well as keep same .com owner from acquiring same name in קום. TLD

I would assume they would not be delving so deeply into the niche if it were a developing country. The hebrew speaking community, who are not likely not register millions of these names, may, however, pay premiums for the special names.

You might be right, but that certainly does not bode well for the recent removal of price restrictions for .com's. Lets hope they dont take a page from the Schilling playbook.
