It'd be interesting to see the list of "VeriSign-approved" law firms, and whether they cared about the massive squatting done by VeriSign during SiteFinder.

SiteFinder managed to attract a fair amount of litigation against Verisign in the short time it was active before ICANN put an end to it. Had it been allowed to continue the potential for litigation could have been huge.

Let's see a class action lawsuit on behalf of every trademark holder in the United States for cybersquatting? Setting a world record for the biggest statement of claim?

And I'd also bet there's no refund no matter what the outcome of their "domain
name recovery services". That's to be expected, anyway, since apparently they
need the damn money.

VeriSign MAKES the rules on the net, don't forget that.

The issue of attorney referrals may be another matter. That might be a relatively settled area of law. They could get their tit in a ringer.

No, problem tho. An easy solution is to just tell ICANN that they have to raise prices again.
