I have a special domain today that I felt deserved my full attention, and yours as well.

A friend and special client of mine contacted me this week with the desire to sell his most coveted domain name and website...Vermont.com.
He has owned this domain since 1994. He is the only owner. After obtaining the name, he set out to build a comprehensive website. You really should check it out. Within a short amount of time the name was bringing in 100,000 unique visitors a month and well over $300,000 in revenue annually.
In recent years he has pursued other interests, but the name is still under constant development. It currently generates about 40,000 unique visitors a month and around $120,000 a year in revenue. Not too shabby.
I donât have to stress the potential here. If he could build this site out with the help of a couple friends and make over $300k a year, just imagine what a professional developer and marketing team could do.
