Notice. I have just spoken to a top lawyer at one of the UDRP
arbitrators and I think that I have, and he agrees I may have,
found a great big hole on the system. He is not certain but lets say
he sounded very very concerned when I said that this may well
"go backwards as well as forwards" in terms of UDRP decisions.
