I am the owner of VideogameFreebies.com, a website dedicated to offering free offers related to videogames. The site was very popular before but was down for a few months before it came back up with a new design. The average for the last 4 months according to Webalizer is 1500 unique visitors/month, as I look at the stats however I would say around 1000-1100 uniques/month is the more realistic number as the 1500 avg includes visit from bots. The site also has a Google PageRank of 3.

I am no longer interested in owning the site and do not have much time with college to look after it as I am working on a different project.

If you are wondering what the design lease is the terms are as follows. A similar design with different colors is being used for my upcoming website Gametack.com. As I realize the design is a big part of the site I will include the current design in the price, if you buy the site however you cannot sell the design by itself, the only way you could sell it was by selling the whole site. The design will be included with the site for one year, after which the free lease is over and in order to keep using the design you will have to pay a $10-20/month fee(decided depending on the sale price of the site) for using.
