I bought this site in September when it had 50 uniques per day. Needless to say the traffic has grown and is continuing to grow exponentially. I bolted on my own CMS. Also I added in forums in October and they sign up rate has been quite good. 10 in October, 25 in Novermber, 45 in December and so on. The users are psychotic Viggo fans and many of them post every day (see for yourself).

Also note the traffic trend. UP. The the site is ranked very high for the keyword viggo mortensen and as you can see from HERE it gets a ton of visits from people typing in keywords.

I have started the bidding at 18 months revenue. This is more than fair given the continuing growth of the site. Not to mention if someone actually put some real effort into this they could grow it twice as fast.

Yes it uses a very simple CMS that I built myself using PHP MySQL.

The CMS controls the latates news. Every page of the site has in include file for the header (logo, navigation, and top adsense), and the footer. The latest Forum posts comes in automatically from the BB script I am using.

Also I forgot to mention that the gallery is also database driven. It uses the popular gallery php script. You can set it up how you like it but I have it so that my visitors can post their own pictures. If you view the gallery you can see that they even post comments there. Lots of them.

Also you are wlecome to host the site on my servers for 2 months. After that I charge $20 per month for hosting. I am running a dedicated server with Hostnexus so uptime is very good.
