I bought a name (just for reg fee at least) that includes a trademarked word in it--it's the name of a popular board game that been around for decades. It's Virtualxxxxxx.com, where xxxxxx = the game name. Seems like I could have a trademark issue with it, but I see that there are many other web sites with that word in it, like Online-xxxxxx.com and they have a prominent disclaimer that they do not affiliated with the owner of the trademark and they also indicate who the rightful owner of the trademark is.

Is that enough to keep me off the hook if I did the same?

nope

(before you ask me to clarify more, do a search on "trademark" or "TM" in legals and read some information first)
