Not arguing, just stating that .infos are becoming more and more in demand, which is why I appraised so high. My advice is if you can't get much out of it now, develop it and try to brand it as much as possible. Hold on to it for a period of 6 months to a year. Good luck!

low $xx, ...its true that .infos are getting better, but they are not that great yet, a good indication for value is usually the section domains wanted when people reply with a price, I think I just saw someone offering picks.info for mid $xxx which I think is a fair price, measured on that I think your is still close to reg fee...
