Visit.com(100K+)>Visitor.com(51K+)>Visitors.com(50k+)>Visiting.com(10k+) ??!!

Many Thx!

Hi JohnZ

A bit more explanation would explain what you want appraised here. But that's not stoped me before :)

Visit.com - a preimere one word domain $2,000 and above, the rest are veriations and worth a bit less.

i would say visit.com is worth at least 100k. the rest are worth about what you estimated.

thx dotcomster,it is why I need help here, almost lost the feeling about dn,but I really want to pay $20000 to keep the name if for sale.

I don't think Visit.com is for sale, it looks to be a big site for a big company. You can make an offer to the domain admin/owner - but look up the correct wording.

Kia ora Jiang,

Very nice domain name and valuable IMO.

JohnZ - do you want to buy the domain, or are you selling it?

With $20,000 it will not be a problem either way I think :)

Kia ora Fizz!
DotComster,I am not sure the value for visit.com and visitors.com ,want to buy them...do u really think it is possible with $20000 budget to buy visit.com?

thx!

domains as generic as visit.com are NOT worth 100k, this is obsolete thinking from the 1999 dot.com bubble. It is too generic to be worth that sort of cash. At the same time, its certainly worth more than 2k. At 20,000 dollars you are getting a tolerable deal, not a great deal. The domain wont get enough typeins to earn you much money, and the traffic will be extremely untargetted.

if visit.com were expiring today there would be bids of at least 10k

to an end user this would be much more. 50-100k is nothing to from a big business standpoint

thats true kidkool, but that doesnt make the domain "worth" 100k. Even high-quality domains rarely ever sell for 100k any more, in my opinion it happens far too infrequently to say the domain is worth that amount.

I think it is very possible to get Visit.com for $10,000 or less - but negotiations with the seller is an art that I do not know.

This is a developed domain with 100K monthly traffic. The owner knows the best how is that translated into sales, but with a modest 1% and average earning of say $5 only, we came to
$5,000 a month.
This makes domain at least $50K worth, but I think the earning
per buyer is higher in this case.
