I just reg'd VistaBugs.com - I'm going to dev, I know Vista will soon be like xp to vista since Windows 7 is coming out, but I figured vista will always be around for awhile just like XP.

Oh, I'm not debating. Just warning. I'm not sure the technicalities.

I did a uspto.gov search and found 5 with just the word.

If there is 5 with jsut that word, I guess Microsoft is in some Tm issues themselves.

Anyway thanks for your thoughts =] I'll take the risk of developing it, such as vistawallpapers.com; which i use all the time haha.

The M'nerd might have a point in that, if this was VistaIcons.com or VistaWallpapers.com or VistaSoftware.com or whatever, you would most likely never hear from MS as there are many other sites out there like this (Apple too).

However, you have VistaBUGS.com. Something they probably aren't proud of. Something you aren't likely going to be able to do justice or keep up with. Something that is better controled from "in house". Therefore I think it's a waste of time.
