I picked up VoyeurBus.com a while ago. The domain has a great history and has been promoted on TV, Howard Stern, Opie and Anthony, Seattle Times, the NY Daily News and the NY Times.

As you can see from the videos, VoyeurBus.com was originally a website that provided a live feed of activity from a bus driving through major US cities and containing naked women dancing inside, blowing kisses at passersby. It would be a turnkey domain for a similar application or use the existing publicity and traffic for a video chat site.
