Want expiring domain from namehappy.com a TUCOWS site

There is a .com domain expiring that I sort of want. Not ready to spend hundreds, but want to know the correct process for obtaining. I don't want to miss my opportunity. It is Tucows registered by namehappy.com but I don't seem to find namehappy.com as a current registrant. Are they out of business?

Do I just wait and find the site get listed on namejet.com? It's not listed there yet that I can see under pre-release, pending deletes, or public auctions. When should it show here?

Going to the site still shows an domain expired page pointing to tucows but now the whois shows the following. Does this mean that tucows would have renewed it for their own inventory?? Or will it still show up on namejet pending delete soon??

Thats what I was afraid of. I suppose they would eventually then list them on Yummynames hoping to sell them for more than what they could get by a backorder. What about doing a backorder on the name now? Would this create too much interest in the name?

Wait until you see it at NJ (if it ever shows up there) and place your backorder shortly before 9PM PST in order to avoid attention.
Yummynames is another possibility but there are also names that Tucows don't want to sell

Tucows names that expired on April 4, drop today so if you are waiting for it to drop, you have about 60 days.
