Looking for established sites with traffic but no revenue, or just a little revenue (not over $100/day). Budget is whatever it needs to be, looking to purchase many sites up to $25k total. Looking for *deals* -- don't give me end-user prices. 
No niche is exempted, though warez/proxy/etc is ideal.
EDIT: At least 1k hits/month please. Looking for much higher but consider 1k the lowest possible.
