Wanted: Domain Wanted Sales person - high commision rates.

I need a sales person to promote our services. I have tried many seo people in the past but i have not gotten good results out of it.

I can pay commission rates from 15% - 30%.
Our website design rates are from $500 - $5,000.
I need someone to drive traffic and customers to me. I have every instant messenger, msn, googletalk, yahoo, skype. I can talk to customers via livechat and or phone. I am looking forward in working with you.
