Offers [Wanted] Web Development Related Sites

I am currently looking to purchase some online properties (sites) related to all the different aspects of Web Development. There are pretty much three things I'm looking to pay for, and if your site doesn't have any of these, please don't offer it to me:

1. Content

2. Visitors

3. Forum

As for the first, I am looking on content related to web development, specifically articles and tutorials.

Visitors - 100 per day at the least preferably.

And as for the forum, it needs to have at least 50 active members per day should I be interested.

Please note that if your site has a lot of content but no visitors, I still might be interested, and vice versa.

Budget $xxx + range. Either post here or PM offers to me.

Maybe it work work in that forum but that is for domains, and this is for developed websites...I think either would be fine...

It has a few scripts at the site which are listed at hotscripts. To download users need to sign up.

1827 members so far but none are active as I have not put the time into replying or helping with things.

A portal is installed for the front page and is integrated into phpbb forums.

Stats are good and strong too at about 100-120 visits a day per month.
