WANTED: WordPress Specialist to duplicate "clone" my Wild West RESELLER site.

I am seeking someone who can design a site in WordPress that looks exactly like my Wild West Domains RESELLER website. I want to copy the layout and NOT clone the site. I know that is frowned upon. I also need suggestions or a designer to build a landing/splash page for each of my products I sell.

Also, can someone please tell me what Bob Parsons is doing with http://www.BlueRazor.com and his brother who owns www.CranialCrush.com? Isn't GoDaddy enough? ;-) Anyway, I would appreciate any help.
