How do you get so much traffic ? Do you top for any other keyword other than "hpvac" ?
Why would you like to sell a domain which gets so much traffic for 300$ ? when you could get LOTS of more out of it with some decent Optimisation ! ?

Basically, the traffic is generated because there's mentionable direct request and content which is indexed in Google (and other engines but mainly Google) http://hpvac.com/images/hpvac-0313-origin-awstats.png. It's not very sticky, having a huge bounce rate of 83% but 95% steady new visitor traffic http://hpvac.com/images/hpvac-60112-13113-analytics.png As you noted, just the rigth TLC and it could really flourish.
Honestly, I have no Idea, I've already spent over an hour gathering data to answer questions.
$350 Was the Best Offer I got for it during the previous thread, which is now closed. Perhaps you didn't notice my the Buy it Now Price? I believe I originally posted it with a $1250 BIN

**The last time I explained myself and got candid a couple days ago, I got smart-lipped by a tire-kicker in steel-toed boots about not having adequate statistical data (now included so thanks for that smarty)... From now on I think I'm going to post only 'name' and asking/offer/BIN and leave it at that. As it stands I've spent way too much time justifying and making screenshots and typing blog length clarifications. It seems, the more information I post, the more research (for me) and questions I have to answer.

I'd love to see it flourishing. If I don't sell, it'll be me turning it into a nice forum or member site.
