Warning Level 1 ?

Hello. I just noticed I have a red label next to my name that says "Warning Level 1" since I'm not super active over here I don't know what this means and I didn't notice this until today. I was wondering what I have this label for so I clicked on "View your warnings" to read more . it took me to this page http://www.dnforum.com/Warn.php?do=ViewMyWarnings
I do not see any information on that page on why I specifically have this warning level . Can someone please explain this to me ? Maybe a mod. If I did something wrong, I'd really like to know since this is my reputation.

From what I understand about how the warning system works is that it won't affect your reputation with other members since you are the only one who sees that warning level next to your name. Other members don't see other members warning levels.

and I have never been banned, but it says I have...I asked impactadmin to remove it awhile ago and he said he would, but no luck so far

I have warning level 1.
I can see I have "Total Warning Points: 1 / 3 - Number of Bans: 0" but I can't see why. I think it is because I asked in public why a thread was deleted.
That was many months ago.
I think it is about time this warning point is removed. What do you think?

By the way, what is "Warning Maturity"?

Yours should be expired too. Please fill out suppport tickets or PM impactadmin. I will email the techs to have the hack fixed. Seems none are expiring.
