WARNING - PAYPAL NEW FEE CHARGES YOU FOR REFUNDS

issued a $13 refund due to the buyer not sending masspay and i got charged 0.55 cents US penalty

what a bull shit fee... paypal is a scum bag company

They're just getting greedy.

Has anyone tried WePay?

I noticed that too :(

On another note, I wish people would knock off this pay me by Masspay nonsense. It is a hassle and probably against the TOS to use it like that. But more importantly, it is easier to just use the "personal payment - payment owed" option. It still results in zero fees, it is easy, and it is a proper use of PayPal, since we are friends, and this describes exactly what we are doing.

There is no buyer protection this way, but you wouldn't get much protection for a domain sale anyway.

I agree use "personal option" no fees and if any buyer pays. I recieve multiple refunds daily and never been charged a fee. I thought new rules go in effect Nov 1.
