WARNING!
If you have domain in the registerfly domain marketplace, you may want to verify your domains and account.
Today I logged into registerfly.com and noticed my on account balance was over $3,000. In seeing where it came from it showed multiple domain marketplace transactions indicating I had sold a number of domains there. many were in the several hundred range. The really scary part was some of my better domains showed credited to my account for sales at $1.00 and $2.00, although the sales confirmations shows them sold at $1,XXX.00 and $2,XXX.00 amounts. (if not fraudulent, my account should have been credited for probably over $50,000).
I immediately called customer service and was told the sales were all fraudulent and were in the process of being restored to my account. No explanation was given for the error in rounding one thousand plus sales to one dollar payouts and two thousand dollar plus sales to two dollars. I have a support ticket in on that HUGE script and accounting error.
I wanted to warn anyone using them to watch for domains sold and make sure they get restored and accounts corrected.
I have removed all my domains from domain marketplace listings at least until they have a good explanation and have fixed these flaws in the system.
