Warning: tons of problems with Pool.com

We won domain cartonianimati.com on auction at Pool on 28t April 2004 for $525 ... our account isn't ready yet (we posted a thread with this story) ... ok, we're continuing to complaint and they ignore us

A couple of weeks ago, we won domain agenziamatrimoniale.net for $80 (and as usual they billed us immediately, we've it in our auction history) but they never sent us our login data and whois show us "as owners" and buydomains as administrative contact but are they kidding ???
They sent our login data to buydomains ? What's happening ?

I'm really too angry and disgusted today, I prefer ending here for now ...

I gave them the url of all threads I opened in diff. forums regarding this matter and, believe me, absolutely no reply this time !

I feel really frustated now ... They billed me promptly, I didn't ask for a chargeback to my Visa company but they're cheating me !
