In reality I didn't actually want to be a mod. It's something I couldn't do well and don't have the time to do. I think I mentioned it because I complained how he edited my posts on here for his own convenience; thus I suggested you put me on the same level.

So, to clarify, if he wasn't banned over at the other forum, at present, would you have a problem with him contributing to the place since he is a mod over here?

David Thornton was the one who carried this place on his servers when it was being sold .. without him the DNF would have shut down.. he at the very least deserves a free pass ..

I'm just rattling your cage AMERICAR.

It took us one day to move this site after I bought it. Took about a week for everyone to resolve to my servers.

Besides DavidThornton's payoff was he got to read all the juicy Sigmachat chat logs.

Enlighten us on who is who.

That's right Americar, I also understand that to be so, as last summer David Thornton hosted DNF on his server free of charge to help out or it would have been shut down. I never announced this before, but I also offered to host it free on my server but by then David T had already done so.

From what I understood from reading posts at the time from the old server operator (which the old dnf owner quickly deleted), the original server firm did in fact close this site more than once due to delinquent bills owed by the old owner (once for a few days), and finally went to shut it down for good when he graciously hosted it free to save it.
