I need to free up space on my web server, so have to let some sites go. Please make you offer (and ask questions) in this thread only - don't send me a PM asking for a price. Listed on multiple forums.
Niche website about the history of Watergate and the Deep Throat character's role in it. Would nicely compliment an existing political/history site or for someone with a keen interest in this particular chapter in history. Deep Throat was (partly) responsible for President Richard Nixon's downfall and a central figure in the, now infamous, Watergate scandal. He was recently outed as Mark Felt. Felt is also writing a book about his role as Deep Throat (and there's talk of a TV series) and once that comes out, there will again be a flurry of activity about this subject. (But it still is popular, in part due to Bob Woodward's high profile and "second Deep Throat" character in the current Valerie Plame CIA affair.)
The website runs on the latest version of Mambo CMS with search engine friendly (SEF), short, URLs etc. I today also updated some of the other components (in particular the guestbook, to combat spam).
I've had the domain about 10 months, but only started building the site about 7 months ago (May). I spent many days doing this and have done so regularly since. The site has a lot of themed content, articles and news, some from free sources (such as Wikipedia), some automated newsfeeds, etc. Also has FAQs, trivia, quotes, humor, forum (never really took off), polls, glossary, guestbook, etc.
The website is well-indexed by the major search engines:
Marketleap Linkpop (backlinks): 3,500 and climbing. Alexa Rank: 2,384,248.
Stats (4823 hits since 2005-02-09). 671 uniques in November. Can provide Awstats stats/referrers screenshots if asked.
Income-generating via Adsense (about $2.68 since June 11), eBay (can't track accurately) and Amazon (one or two items). Could probably monetize better if so desired.
SEO:
This site is ideal for someone with a political/history interest. When the Felt book/movie comes out, I'm sure traffic will skyrocket.
Will provide 7 days' free hosting, then the site has to be moved by the buyer.

- Dynamic page titles (according to content);
- I created 5 specific subdomains to compliment the site and target popular key phrases/searches - you can see these in the footer (e.g. http://mark.felt.deepthroat.name, etc.). Each of these subdomains is a PR2;
- I also exchanged links with a lot of relevant websites;
- It participates in the Digitalpoint Ad-Coop (see footer);
- The site has been hand-submitted to (and is indexed by) all major search engines, including Alexa. DMOZ, submitted, but not indexed yet;
