Hi,

This is an interesting project I have been developing over the last 3 months. I origionally bought the IDN as traffic only domain, did my homework, and rebuilt site. It now has a nice CMS, MySQL database.

Site gets 800-1200 visitors per day, and 1-9 tutorial submissions. Site takes around 15mins-30mins a day to maintain. It also has VB forum but this could easily be detatched if needed.

I have some people interested in advertising, and site makes around $1 a day from google ads. I havnt really pushed the advertising side, as probably like most of us I have lots of projects on the go at any one time.

I know what I have spent on this project, amd am interested in any feedback on value as an ongoing concern. As I am not sure if I will keep longer term or sell on.

You have a nice traffic which doesn't convert very well.
You should consider adding CPM banners (fastclick, casalemedia) or selling them yourself. You could consider also selling 4 or 5 links (based on monthly price).

I'll say anything near 2 to 3 year revenue right now, which based on your AdSense figure is $730-$1095
