Anyway...Jurisdictions and Subpoena's... I'm not a US citerzen yet dynadot resides in US..so I don't stand a chance...
There is simply NOTHING to understand. WHOIS Privacy is a service. It is NOT a right in any sense of the word.

Knowing this, Dynadot would capitulate to ANY SUBPOENA in ANY language for ANY court of law. A domain registrar is NOT in a position to ignore, question, or fight a subpoena. The fight is yours and NO registrar is going to fight your battles.

You are making wrong assumptions about citizenship issues that are non-issues in this case.

Okay this is weird... I was looking at the Subpoena , and obviously I would want to lodge a motion to squash it and send it to the court who issued it right.

But there is no court who issued it, it was from that states health dept. I ask Dynadot what court issued this and they said no court issued it....

Okay now so am I suppose to send this to the people who issued this and ask them to squash it...WTF

Somethings not right here...

I thought only a court can issue Subpoena's
