Web Attack by Sedo.com - has anyone ever heard of such a thing?

Twice tonight my computer anti-virus system has told me my computer is suffering a serious web attack by Sedo. The last time I had just logged into the site, but on the previous occasion I hadn't. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Is it just my anti-virus software being over-vigilant or should I be worried?

Thanks for that. Interesting. The only thing about my software is that it's the same one I've always had and this never showed up before, though I've been with Sedo since 2008.
