Hello board members,

I'm looking to buy 2 or 3 web businesses or productive sites. Must be reasonably priced with no blue skies. This means nothing that has been setting there for some period waiting for the RIGHT MOMENT to make it big. Also don't expect megabucks for something that makes $2 a day IF enough traffic gets there.

When you PM me, I will require:
Stats, recent and also longer term.
Income, must be verifiable...if not, don't bother. If you can't handle some due diligence, then not interested.
Price, please don't PM me with "make an offer." Won't happen.
Current Status, meaning are things active etc. or has it been dormant for a month etc.

I will consider leasing instead of purchase if that is desirable to both parties.

I am not interested in any Ebook stuff, MLM, adult, get rich stuff or these mass produced sites like DotComBuilder etc....Seen em all. Am only looking for genuine income producing businesses that are priced based on reality, not "head in the clouds."

I guarantee privacy and discretion and will ask the same from you.

Please PM me for all considerations......Thanks in advance!

Have a nice day :)

Why do people keep posting "want ads" in the "for sale" areas?

Two Answers ;

A) So that people selling developed sites can see and respond to them.

b) Because there is no Developed Sites Wanted section ?

Could you give us an idea what you budget is? It would be nice to know that before you spend hours putting together information, and then find out that you only were looking to spend $1000, when the site being sold is worth 100 times that. I think this would help focus the responses you get as well.

Appreciate the input....I'll start by saying let's keep it under $5,000.

I don't have to have al the info immediately, but will be required before closing anything.

Thanks, Bill
