Selling a site which was never launched, has links and google PR + it's a good simple domain name http://www.keywordsites.com. The site is a template site and includes the domain, script and design. I can provide hosting for 3 months after sale.
Specs:
- #5 yahoo "web sites for sale" & there are a few other good positions with related terms.
- Indexed in google, msn & yahoo
- Has a google pagerank of 4 (PR4)
- Existing links with remain for minimum 6 months (allows time to secure more links)
- Receives about 10 - 15 visitors per day.
- Domain expires Jan 2006
- never marketed or pushed
Payment must be made via paypal and domain is registered at ENOM.
