I would appraise @ Reg Fee for either unless you are pulling in enough unique traffic to generate returns from them?
If so... then such volume would need to be known before factoring into any appraisal.
With 0 Ovt for NetBlog and 513 for Webblog (which being so low, and owning .CA's myself, would assume you get very little to no- traffic?) would ultimately say:
You need to develop these names before realizing any significant value (or find someone who really really wants those names).
