What value would you put on the domain alone? As I am about to develop the site, someone offered to take it. Instead of posting what was offered, I would rather hear your estimations without the bias of having a starting amount.

I think there was a book by this name a few years ago... you may already be getting traffic to it, so that could increase the price. End-user price: upper $xxx.
