It comes with more than 6400 registered users using this site.

ID7.com will be sold with two webmail software licences:
socketmail lite(http://www.socketmail.com) and hivemail.

I've to say that my server is running low on resources since exim is doing a lot for filtering spams and viruses;
Also I've other websites on my server (botic.com, mbote.cd,cydn.com,http://www.botic.com/alsrobotics/, chimail.com...) which are asking lot of power and that's why server is low and doing lot of restarts.
So the first things to do is to move id7.com to an other server and you will see that users will spent more time on the web site.

When did you last purge or revalidate users email addresses?
My main interest lies in the potential of the users, therefore the questions.

What does "Dear User, We are in the process of transferring mail from an older mail server to a new mail server." actually mean?

based on my experiences, neither hivemail nor socketmail lite can handle 6000 users. Unless you go with socketmail pro...
