Due to getting burnt by a scammer (user: websitepurchase) using an unverified pp account and a stolen credit card I am now selling wma for the second time. I got the domain back yesterday and moved back to my server. Below contains the stats until the sale:

I am selling WebMasterAddict.com – This is a developed WebMaster forum.

The site is around 8 months old and hosting has been paid fully until November 14th 2006. The site is currently hosted by WebHostingBuzz.com and includes 3GB Space and 100 GB Bandwith per month.

The forum itself uses Invision Power Board and this is a leased license. It expires July 14th 2006 and is included in the sale.

The forum uses a custom skin which cost $85. All images and psd included. We hired a programmer to install custom mods such as the left hand navigation panel.

The site currently contains the following mods:

basically lofi is the site without all the grahpics.

This "lofi" section is used bysearch engines to spider your site more effectively.

I checked whois on this domain, it's been only around since October 10th and it also states this on http://www.alexa.com/data/details/?url=www.webmasteraddict.com

I had the domain then it expired. I renewed and developed it into the forum which you see now. The domain has been in my pocession for that peroid of time.

Just did a godaddy whois search... registrant in UK has no name listed. Is that you?

Admin is in Ohio USA and his email address matches where paypal donate button takes you.

Is this 100% your site to sell?

Again, the registrant in the UK has no name listed. And its the admin (in Ohio) whose whois address is also linked to the site's paypal donations.

When the domain was transferred back to me via mr Deleted he entered his details into the whois part.

Well, I would be much more interested if I see that you have updated the godaddy whois info to include YOUR name and YOUR address only. Additionally, the paypa; donate button should be changed to link to YOUR email address. Only when all that is done will I feel confident that this is a legitimate offer.

I can confirm that I put those details in in order to do a push to Joseph so he has the domain back in his possession. It is 100% legit, as I pushed it to him with those temp details cause I did not know his address. I live in Ohio, that is why I used that in there.
