Heres whats up:

3 domains (registered at namecheap), 3 scripts (licensed), 3 Designs (all unique), and the businesses themselves.

First off let me tell you a little bit about the network:

It consists of

www.wayimages.com - free image hosting (powered by image hosting script) and is PR4
www.waystats.com - free hit counters (powered by countercode) and is PR3
www.wayservers.com - free website hosting (powered by xpanel) and is PR4

We have just began to run a test campaign for generating revenue. The test was to use clicksor
to to see the kinds of impressions and clicks we would get before moving onto google ads
since we had not applied for adsense at the time. (Please note clicksor pays VERY little
per click, but is easy to signup). Once these ads worked, we setup google adsense, but only
showing PSA's. Even so, you can view the high impressions and some of the clicks that were
generated through this phase. This is where we left off.

Unfortunately due to priority of our other businesses, we have decided to drop the network.
We have been trying to work our a deal with an interested party - and thus, the network has
been a little bit inactive over the last few weeks. Unfortunately he has been unable to
come up with the funds and we are now offering it to WHT users.

Let's move on to some statistics:

Traffic and member base:

WayServers.com -
Traffic: ~520 uniques/day
Member Base: Over 3000 users

WayImages.com -
Traffic - ~30 uniques/day
Member Base: 385 users


WayStats.com -
Traffic - ~15 uniques/day
Member Base: ~50 users

Please take note that we have had some server issues, and thus new users who have signed up for
Wayservers service has been unable to upload. Due to the fact that we have decided to sell and had
previously found an interested party, we did not bother to fix the problem. However, our programmers
have informed us that it is a server setting/problem, and should be fixed once we transfer it.

We are looking for offers in the high Xxx Range for all 3 sites, we will also take the best offer.
