Site runs on an SEO optimized custom script and database which I purchased from another forum. I have no information about where the content is from and I also don't know who holds the copyrights on them. Please note that your basically buying the site, script and database. Wallpapers are included as a free bonus.
The site is only a couple of days old and it is already getting traffic from forum posts, signatures and links from my other sites.
