Traffic is generated through, direct visits, forum posts, review requests, signatures and word of mouth. There has been no paid posts. Most of the members are obtained through invitations from other forums and sites.
Adsense generates around $2 per day for both sites without any optimization. Interested parties can request proof of revenue via PM. I am sure revenue could be increased by better ad placement and selling text links or other various ad spots.
I would prefer selling these sites together as a package as they have very similar themes and feels. I am looking for offers over $600 with BIN set at $800 FOR BOTH SITES AS A PACKAGE. I will consider offers on individual sites if the price is right.
12 months of hosting will be included with the sale free of charge. Further hosting can be arranged if required. I will also include two brand new leased VB licenses if the sites are sold at BIN price. You are also free to transfer the sites to your server as you like. Domains are registered at Moniker and come with a free push. Payment preferred via Neteller, Moneybookers or Paypal.
